General Manager Mr. Wu Rongcan founded LV International Co., Ltd., and its main business projects are the design and manufacturing of professional precision tungsten steel milling cutters and various tungsten steel cutting tools.
Officially set up a factory in Taichung Industrial Park, introducing world-renowned CNC grinding machine equipment from Germany, Australia and Japan, including high-precision machines such as Makino, and importing high-quality tungsten steel round rods from Japan and Germany to improve the quality and stability of the tools. .
A coating department was established and equipped with three coating machines, and the ISO 9001 quality management system was introduced to improve the quality management and improvement capabilities of all employees in an all-round way.
In January, it passed the ISO 9001 quality management system verification. In October, it participated in the Taiwan Excellence Awards with its products unequal lead R-groove end mills and unequal end mills. It was unanimously recognized by the judges and won the 28th Taiwan Award in 2020. Excellence Award.
Promote a digital smart factory, carry out whole-plant planning, purchase high-precision machine tools and precision measuring tools, such as MAKINO SEIKI's fully automated CNC grinder to grind tools, and synchronize the implementation of the ERP system to promote information convergence.
Actively participate in the industry-university cooperation of Central University of Science and Technology, and promote industry-university cooperation experience through the exchange of academic experience and technology in the industry.
Carrying out E-reengineering management and overseas market layout, LV cutting tools are widely used in mold manufacturing, automobile industry, aerospace manufacturing, electronics, various mechanical components and other major fields, with customer base in China, Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand. , the Middle East, South Africa, Hungary, Turkey, Russia and more than 40 countries.
